“The world of intellectual possibilities has developed in unfathomable diversity. Infinitely long paths, paved with thousands of thick volumes, lead from one specialization to another. Soon no one will be able to walk down these paths anymore. And then only specialists will remain. More than ever we require the living truth of the Self, of the life of the mind and soul, of something capable of providing firm guidance.”

~ Carl Jung

EVENT SEASON THEME DESCRIPTION

We are a culture that extolls the virtues of expertise. We pride ourselves on specialization. However, being an expert on one “truth” often narrows our focus, and we have difficulty integrating it with others.

Is psychological integration of our individual living truths even possible anymore?

This year we consciously bring together a wide variety of topics to suggest that many truths can be contained within the one that is Jungian Psychology. We offer presentations on everything from social injustice and accountability to tarot symbols for accessing the soul, from depth approaches to trauma and sexuality to alchemical emblems for our living integration, and to reading a chapter in what is perhaps Jung’s seminal work, Symbols of Transformation.

Come join us as we explore how Jungian Psychology is capable of providing firm guidance for integrating our different perspectives, a guidance we so desperately need in these confusing times… all within a supportive and welcoming community of mental health professionals and others actively seeking personal awareness, exploration, and growth.
